The Cypher artworks fuse narrative storytelling with scientific analysis visualizing complex systems. Through bespoke data-paintings, encapsulating these narratives in a tangible and visual form that engages both intellect and emotion. The Data becomes the paint, the algorithm the brush, and the system itself the artist.
Sonic measurements in deep-sea areas, life cycles of wind turbines or scientifically measured color transformations are subjects in various Cypher works. Using micro-patterned various thin and thick layers of paint textures, the experience of the painting becomes a visually and sensory strong engagement from various angles.
